Introduction:
In this fourth grade class, we are just a few short weeks away from the end of the school year and the beginning of summer. For our science section, we will be taking a field trip to a local camp. The local camp is called Camp Fitch. We will be able to stay there for three days and learn all about pond study. On the other day we will be studying plant life. When we arrive at Camp Fitch you all will be placed in different groups. There will be three groups by the names of Butterflies, Frogs, and Fish. At camp we will be able to have fun and learn at the same time too.
Task:
In each group you will each have your own jobs.
1. Bucket holder
2. Scooper
3. Write what you see
4. Draw what you see
After you are finished with looking at your bucket, you will have to go back and create a made up story on the plants and animals that you have seen today.
